Grunwerg judges Star Chef Competition at North Hertfordshire College
On the 29th June, Grunwerg Brand Ambassador Kieron Murphy headed to North Hertfordshire College for the Global Knives Star Chef Competition 2021. The competition was organised by Kieron Murphy and the North Herts College catering director, Anthony Gascoigne. It was designed to prepare the final year students for the next step in their career and celebrate everything they've achieve within their 3 years at the catering college.
On what was their last day at college, the eight final year students were required to cook a 'standout dish' and present it to catering leader Anthony Gascoigne and Global Knives Brand Ambassador, Kieron Murphy.
A great day was had by all and the presentation and quality of the dishes was outstanding! The judges had a really tough time picking a winner, but eventually made a final decision. Congratulations to Todd who took home first place and won a premium Global Knives Set. Three runners up also went home with prizes from Global Knives.
