All our staff are paid well above the national living wage. We believe work should be enjoyable and we aim to provide the best facilities in the region for our staff to work in. Our site features recreation areas where our staff can unwind and relax. We have an on-site staff gym, along with common room, pool tables and games consoles. We also have an outdoor BBQ and seating area where we get together for company barbeques.

Grunwerg are committed to paying above the national minimum wage and the national living wage. We ensure all our teammembers are paid competitively. We also believe in the products we sell, so as well as using them throughout the offices, we encourage our staff to use them at home in their personal time. Offering all our products to our staff at cost price gives them this opportunity.
